of this project: the oral history page. Housed here you will the find the oral histories of Latinx alumni, ranging from 1997 to 2019. They share the experiences and feelings from their four years at Davidson College, often starting with their arrival on campus and moving to organizations where they found support, challenges they encountered inside and outside the classroom, and their accomplishments. These oral histories reveal many reoccurring themes, such as finding community, whether that be through a certain social organization or space on campus; for some, assimilating and compromising with their identity in a new setting; the academic, social struggles and triumphs; and the relationship between their experiences and Latinidad. This collection has space for many more historias. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page if you would like to contribute.
